Good afternoon, following my order on 2020, I updated my Xtool X100 PRO2 and since I am not able to open the Eeprom program, it was writing “NO APPLICATION“. It was not working the solution I found on internet so I format it and now it’s not working at all, the USB cable is no more recognize to the computer.

First, hold down this button. Then connect the USB to upgrade.
