This instrument show you guide on how to use CG Pro 9S12 programmer to perform odometer correction for BMW X1.
Car Model:BMW X1 2010
Instrument model:35080
CAS3:CAS3-0L15Y
The original mileage value is 191245km
Procedures:
Remove the instrument cluster from BMW X1
Disassemble the PCB
Locate the chip:080DOWQ
Remove CAS model from BMW X1
And then disassemble CAS module
Run CG PRO software,select “Dashboard”–>”BMW”–>”080DQ(mode 1)”
Solder DB25 connector wires to CAS model PCB
Connect DB25 connector CG PRO,then input a new mileage value as below
Then install CAS module and instrument cluster back on BMW X1
If it show you DTCs,just clear it,in some situation you need to do coding.
