It’s easy to program key to BMW U chassis BCP encrypted/unencrypted keys (with and without UWB functionality) using Yanhua Mini ACDP/ACDP2 with Module 38 and BMW BCP Interface Board/BCP Key Encrypted Key Copying Interface Board. However, opening the BCP key is hard.

How to open BMW BCP Key Shell by Yanhua?
Step 1: Mounting the Key
Begin by gathering your Yanhua ACDP Btool BCP Key Cutting Kit.
- Key clip base plate
- Key clip
- Limit blade clamp
- Blade
- Off-pin blade
- Hammer
- Scalpel
- Pry knife
- Pry tool
Release the securing clip on the fixture.
Position the key so its emblem faces the internal post of the holder.
Seat the key firmly. Ensure the locating hole engages with the alignment pin.
Engage the clip to immobilize the key.
Insert the loaded holder into the base platform and secure it by turning the nut.
Step 2: Rear Shell Cutting
The fixture is engineered to leave only the ultrasonic weld seam visible.
Commence cutting from the posterior side. Introduce the blade where its left boundary meets the slot’s right boundary.
Apply controlled strikes with a hammer, ceasing once the blade encounters the safety notch.
Mount the blade in its holder. Incline it to a 20-degree angle and orient it towards the weld line.
Deliver a blow to the blade’s upper-right quadrant to progress along the seam.
Step 3: Transition to Fine Cutting
Upon nearing the fixture’s channel, replace the blade with a surgical scalpel.
Orient the scalpel with its cutting edge directed rightward. Plunge the tip vertically into the channel.
Translate the scalpel laterally until its spine contacts the left-side angled surface.
Tap the scalpel until it fully breaches the shell’s interior floor.
Step 4: Anterior Shell Cutting
Heed the indicators on the adhesive labels. Three particular channels require attention.
Warning: Avoid severing the channel designated by the label.
Initially address the three marked zones. Angle the blade to 20° , engage the gap, and tap.
Upon finishing the third zone, extract the blade. Re-angle, re-align with the weld, and resume tapping.
Step 5: Separation and Board Retrieval
Detach the processed inner shell from the apparatus.
Retrieve the dedicated off-pin blade and seat it in the front cover’s clip.
Introduce the prying implement into the key’s posterior channel. Lever it towards the lateral cover to fully separate the section.
Utilize a pry knife. Insert it into the anterior weld seam. Alternate force laterally to fully rupture the bond.
Extract the interior printed circuit board.
Outcome: The circuit board remains perfectly intact.
