Car model and year: a 2016 Toyota Corolla All keys lost
Key programmer to use: OBDSTAR DP Plus / LONSDOR K518
Problem: when I connect this car to any diagnostic tool on Obd2 port it seems like there is no power, the Diagnostic tool foes not light up, or even connect to Diagnose anything. This car there is no wire on pin16.
