The procedure on how to program Toyota Vios Chip G (72) all keys lost using VVDI Key Tool Max + Mini OBD Tool by OBD.
All keys lost: security light don’t go off after inserting new key and can’t start.
In the VVDI Key Tool Max menu, select: Mini OBD -> IMMO programming -> Toyota.
Select by type -> IMMO system.
Select “Type 3 (4D 72 G)”.
Read the function description.
Then generate chip Toyota G 72 with super chip XT27.
Read 5. Reset IMMO box (All keys lost).
The machine comes with “Reset IMMO box (all keys lost) procedure”.
Tap “Start execution”.
Tap ” Reset IMMO box (All keys lost)”.
IMMO box will return to a new state after resetting.
Please turn on ignition switch.
In 120 seconds, remove key and insert the first key and turn on.
Security light go steady… Please wait…
Successfully reset. Remove the key and insert the main key again, do not turn on the ignition switch and wait for 5 seconds, press [Confirm] to continue.
Please insert the second main key, do not turn on the ignition switch and wait for 5 seconds, press [Confirm] to continue.
Please insert the first key and switch the ignition quickly more than 5 times, until IMMO light goes out, press [Confirm] to continue.
Match successfully.
The keys can start now.
