This blog will guide you how to use Automatic V8/X6 Key Cutting Machine and an original HU64 key to cut a new Mercedes Benz HU64 key just 3 steps!
Before cutting, please make sure all following things prepared:
- BENZ HU64 Clamp (Fixture)
- Mercedes HU64 key blank blade
This is the original Benz HU64 key
Now you can start cutting!
Step1. Put the BENZ HU64 fixture to fix the machine’s clamp and tighten the clamp. Insert the original HU64 key into this fixture.
Start X6 Key Cutting Machine, press the Key Search button.
Choose “SILCA” then “Mercedes” then “HU64”.
Step2. Select “Decode” function. Tips will remind you to change the cutter to decoder. Next set “Sense: Thick”.
After decode, V8 Key Cutting Machine will show you the key code as below:
Step3. Press Enter button and choose “Nearest” on Bitting Analysis menu.
Plug out the original key and insert the new HU64 key blade into the fixture.
Now press Enter button to start cutting and follow tips, Automatic V8/X6 Key Cutting Machine will cut a new Mercedes HU64 key in several minutes!
