Problem solved finally:

PROBLEM SOLVED by operating like this: Reinstall the software and drivers en other computer. Run the software and see one banner “Galleto error an ocurred and close.”. Reinstall the software (double click in setup,only reinstall software) without erase back installation and drivers. Problem solved.
