Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 supports WiFi configuration and hotspot binding through the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. Sometimes it may appear connection failure problem on Android smartphone. If you have this issue, check the following solution to resolve it.
Bluetooth version and WiFi requirements
- Bluetooth version: 4.0 or more
- WIFI: 2.4G (5G is not supported)
Problem 1:
Cannot find the ACDP2 with an Android phone when you are using the “Initial use settings”
Solution 1:
You can exit the APP and turn off the Bluetooth. When the “initialization settings” is restarted, Follow the APP prompts to turn on the Bluetooth.
Solution 2:
Another possible cause is that you did not open the location service and permissions on your phone.
Please refer to the following steps to set up.
1.Tap Settings>> Location>> open the location service
2.Go to Apps, select Mini ACDP>> App permissions>> Mini ACDP>> Open the location service
In addition, if your WIFI route is difficult to be connected successfully, you can try to connect with another mobile phone as a WIFI hotspot.
