Xhorse Ford M3 Clamp is mainly used for Ford/ Citroen TIBBE Key Blade with Xhorse Condor XC-MINI Plus/ Condor XC-Mini Plus II and Dolphin XP005/XP005L. It’s very easy to cut key with the on-screen prompts.
Let’s go to see how it works with XP005.
Preparation:
One original Ford TIBBE key and one new key blank
Android or IOS smart cellphone

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine
Rotate tool
Cylinder
Main steps:
- Decode Key
- Cut key
Step 1: Decode original Key
Insert the original key into Ford M3 clamp, and fix the clamp on machine firmly.
Open Xhorse APP on smartphone
Tap Vehicle database >> Ford >> Transit >> FO21 >> OK >> Decode key
Then follow the notes to operate:
Rotate the key to A position 1 switch, and press Continue
Xhorse Dolphin XP005 starts decoding…
Original key learning is successful.
Got the key bitting code is 414241.
Step 2: Cut new Key
Remove the original key and put the new key to fix with M3 clamp
Tap Cutting key >> Continue
Dolphin XP-005 starts cutting…
Rotate the key to A position 1 switch, 2 switch and then 4 switch in sequence
Then follow the prompts to rotate the key to B, C, D side 2 switch and 4 switch separately as well
Note: for M3-A C position, you needs to rotate to 1 switch first.
After the process is completed, take out the new key has cut.
It looks like the original key, and use it to open the lock, works fine!
