1.Connect MaxiIM IM608 with XP400 key programmer via VCI USB cable
2.Plug the EEPROM adapter into XP400
3.Select “Programmer”-> “Chip (EEPROM, MCU, ECU)”– > “Chip read & write” -> “EEPROM” -> “ATMEL” -> “AT93C46” -> ‘EEPROM”-> “Read”
4.Read out the EEPROM data and then save it
5.Select “Write”-> Select the EEPROM data just saved to write
6.Wait a moment until the chip is written successfully

1.Connect XP400 to Autel IM608 via USB cable
2.Select “Programmer”-> “Version information”-> “Key”-> “Key read& write”
3.Insert a BMW key into the hole of XP400 key programmer
4.Tap “Automatic selection”-> “Read key ID”-> Read out key ID
5.Tap “Read key information”-> Read out the key info and save
6.Select “Remote detection”-> “Frequency detection”
7.Put the key into the suitable area and press down anyone key button-> read out key frequency

1.Connect MaxiFlash JVCI J2534 reprogrammer to BMW OBD2 port via OBD2 cable
Note: When the communication indicator turns to blue that means MaxiFlash JVCI has connected with IM608 successfully.
2.Select “Diagnostics”-> “BMW” -> Accept the disclaimer-> “Automatic selection”-> Read out VIN and vehicle info
3.Turn the ignition off and wait for 10s
Then the car indicator of J2534 box turns green and turns off.
4.Tap “Diagnosis”-> “Auto Scan”-> diagnose all system faults-> select any one system has fault-> “Read codes”-> Read out the corresponding fault codes
