Solution:
1.Power on PSA IMMO Tool – wait until the LOCKED10 displayed !!!
2.Press and hold the ESC button for 1 minutes ( do not release ) wait until the put code displayed !!!!
3.Put your unlock code: TEK1(ArrowUp,ArrowDown – Enter )
