Activating your Magic Motorsport Flex ECU tuning tool is quick and straightforward.

Here’s how to get started:

1.Download MagicMotorsport Flex Software

(Compatible with Windows 10 and above)

2.Access Your Helpdesk Account

Once you’ve purchased the Flex tool, go to the Helpdesk platform. Log in if you already have an account (e.g., from the Magic Motorsport Shop). New users can easily create an account.

3.Activate Your Device

Go to the “Product Activation” area and select “Activate new product.” Enter your Flex device’s serial number.

4.You’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Flex serial number
  • Flexbox serial number
  • SW number

Security Notice

To prevent unauthorized access, only 3 attempts are allowed to enter the serial number correctly. If these attempts fail, your Helpdesk account will be temporarily locked.

5.Choose Your License

  • Master License: Your device activates instantly.
  • Slave License: Enter your Master’s email or Flex serial number to proceed.

6.Begin Using Flex

After activation, you’re all set! Flex is built for ease of use—select your vehicle, pick the right protocol, and start with your preferred connection method.
