Issue Reported:
Some users have encountered an issue where the CGDI K2 Smart Key Tool boots up to the startup screen but then freezes and becomes unresponsive, failing to load the home page. This problem typically occurs after updating to the latest version 4.0.0.
Solution:
The issue can be resolved by reflashing the firmware.
Download the CGDI K2 firmware reflash file

Follow the standard firmware reinstallation procedure to restore functionality.
After reflashing, the device should boot up normally without freezing.
