What Is Real Name Authentication and Why Is It Necessary?
Real name authentication is a required procedure implemented to enhance account oversight and safety. The system verifies your identity and accesses your linked details through your registered mobile number. Once logged in, you must finish this verification to continue.
How Can I Finish Real Name Authentication?
A: Please complete the following:
On the Personal Center interface, select “Verification”
Input shop name, shop address, mobile phone number (choose the country/region: e.g. China)
Get the verification codes
If no verification code arrives, use the general code directly: 200909
The optional field may be skipped.
Click “Submit Immediately”
Allow 2–3 minutes for automatic backend confirmation
Upon successful verification, you can see the verification status become “Verified”, and you will be awarded 50 KD coins.
