Autel IM508S, IM608 II, and OTOFIX IM series (using XP400, XP400 Pro, or XP1 Pro programmers) are compatible with and capable of performing key programming on the BMW G-Series BDC3 IMMO system. This guide provides instructions for adding a new key with the IM608S.

Important Notes:
You will need an active BMW G-Chassis subscription.
The process enhances security by reading data from the key, not the BDC3 module.
It is critical to use only supported Autel BMW iKey universal smart key, as functionality is currently limited to certain BDC3 models.
For best results, using keys from 2020–2024 with “Hungary” marked in the upper right corner is recommended, as they have shown higher success rates.
