Connect, Read, Modify
With the new protocol, technicians can connect the OBD cable, download the Virtual Read, and begin modifying the ECU file.
If a Virtual Read is unavailable, the protocol also supports a real read using OBD on Bench mode. The ECU unlocks automatically during the procedure, simplifying access for programming operations.
CAN FD Support with the FLX4.4 Adapter
The update also extends coverage to CAN FD versions of the SIM2K-510 ECU when used with the new FLX4.4 adapter, expanding the range of supported applications.
