How to add BMW BDC/BCP key by CGDI K2?
Example: Add BDC2 Blade Key
Requirement:
- Original BMW BDC2 key
- New blank key
- BMW BDC2 module
- CGDI K2 key programmer
Step 1: Connect Device and Key
Way 1: Cut a cable yourself
Modify CGDI K2 soldering cable as shown.
Way 2: Solder Base to PCB
Follow the soldering method illustrated.
Step 2: Read Original Key Data
e.g. use way 2 to operate
Read data from the original key and save the key file.
Step 3: Write to New Key
e.g. use way 1
Properly connect CGDI K2 to the new key.
All existing data on the blank key will be erased, and the original key data will be written to it.
Wait briefly for the writing process to complete.
