AUTEL MaxiIM IM608 “Splash Screen” Error Solution

“My Autel IM608, only got it home for a week, recently every time when the device is initiated, a splash screen error will occur. It is just stuck in the same image of booting up the device. How did it happen? Anyone knows to how to solve this problem?

Solution:

Send us the Serial Number >>Got the offer of a zipped file “autel_odm.zip”>>Unzip this file and put it under the root directory>>Insert the SD card back into the device>>Reboot the device

This will help you tackle this error, if that fails, try the processing method as below:

Remove any micro SD card if one is installed, and restart the tablet. Make sure the Maxisys is charged.
If this operation does not work, please do the following:
1. Connect your tablet to your Win PC via USB line;
2. Open the USB storage and wait for several minutes.
3. Then turn off and disconnect the USB connection;
4. Restart the tablet.
