CGDI FC200 V1.3.5.1 Update: New ECU Types and System Optimization

The CGDI FC200 ECU Programmer continues to improve with the release of Version 1.3.5.1, bringing expanded ECU coverage and multiple system optimizations. This update enhances compatibility with more vehicle brands and improves overall software stability, making the FC200 an even more powerful tool for automotive ECU programming and repair.

New ECU Types Added

In this version, several new ECU types have been added, allowing technicians and workshops to work with a wider range of vehicles and control units. The newly supported ECUs include:

  • BYD: TB10
  • Chevrolet: ME17.6.8
  • BMW / Alpina: EDC16C3 (Beta)
  • Massey Ferguson: EDC17C62
  • Hyundai / Kia: MEG17.9.22.1
  • ChangAn / Dongfeng / Great Wall / JAC / JMC / Lovol / Ford: ESU-415 7G91-12A650-MK and ESU-415 7G91-12A650-ME

With these additions, the FC200 now supports even more vehicles from Asian, European, and agricultural equipment manufacturers.

System Optimization and Improvements

Besides adding new ECU types, the update also focuses on optimizing system functions to improve user experience and reliability.

Key improvements include:

  • Added file checksum support for SsangYong SIM2K_C201, improving file integrity verification.
  • Optimized VIN reading for BMW N55 series, making the process faster and more stable.
  • FC-34 system optimization for improved performance.
  • Fixed and optimized known issues in J2534 communication, enhancing compatibility with related functions.
