PCMTuner Win7 Not Connect Server Solution

PCMTuner Magic Car Tool User Can’t connect the Server with Win7 system, How to solve it?

Here is the solution:  Please donwload and install this two plugin (Security Update for Windows 7 ) from microsoft.
