This article show the guide on how to use OBDSTAR X300 DP PAD to do all key lost programming for Audi A4L.UOBD2 engineers will show it with the picture and text at part 1,and any more details check the part 2 video guide.
Audi Q5 A4L All Key lost programming by OBDSTAR X300 DP PAD:
Power on the X300 DP PAD,then select “Immobilizer”–>vehicle model ”VW”
Select VW/AUDI/SKODA/SEAT V33.21
Press the “OK” to ignore the warning massage
Wait for system configuration
Then select the “AUDI
Select “Program keys”
Select “5 Generation Immo”
Select “A4l/A5/Q5”
Select “Read Immo Data”
Follow the software prompt to turn the ignition on.
Then the obdstar x300 key master will info you “If for all key lost,pls turn on the headlight and depress brake,then press [ENT] to continue”
Wait a minute for data reading
Then you enter a filename to save the data file read
Here enter the “RRRRRRRR” as the data filename
After you saving the data file,select the “Show Immo info”
Select the data file you saved just now “RRRRRRRR”,press “OK”
Immo data info you read out
Then select “Make Dealer Key”
Select the immo data file “RRRRRRRR”,then press “OK”
System prompt you “Put a new key into RFID”
Then press the “OK”
System reading data…
Written success,then press “OK”
Select “Program keys”,select the immo data file “RRRRRRRR”,then press “OK”
Then the system will prompt below info
“Note:After recognized by vehicle,the key will be locked and unable to unlock.Continue to go on?” Just press “Yes” to continue
Please input the key qty(1-8),here input “2”,then press “Done”–>”OK”
Turn ignition on,press [ENT] to continue
System communicating…
Follow the system operation “Insert new key orderty and turn on ignition switch.For smart system,aim backside of key to the key indentification mark and turn [OFF->ON] to recognize key”
After performing the system operation,the system will prompt “Succedd to recognize key”
